The Heliodorus Pillar

This united voice left a mark on ancient history. This was illustrated through a numerous amount of physical artifacts that proved his widespread influence thousands of years ago. One of the most notable being the Heliodorus pillar that was erected in 133BCE in modern day Madhya Pradesh. This illustrates how Krishna's voice transcended local borders and cultures to impact foreign diplomats such as Heloidorus himself, a Greek ambassador who embraced Krishna's teachings. As a unifier of politics, philosophy and diverse communities, Krishna established the righteous voice that would soon deliver the Bhagavad Gita.
